Outdoor Garden Center
Classroom gardens are a great way to extend your learning environment
to the outdoors. Children love to explore in the soil for worms and other insects. They enjoy working in the dirt
and watching things grow and gatheritems to bring inside to investigate further. When you have a garden for the children
to explore, just sit back and watch the language and vocabulary flourishes.
At our center we have outdoor gardens in all the outside
play areas. We try to grow different kinds of vegetables in each garden so the children can investigate different plants,
flowers and vegetables.
