I just returned from the 18th Northern California Early Childhood Education Conference. Where we were introduced to

*The Building Blocks of Early Mathematics by Douglas H. Clements
*Exemplary Early Literacy Instruction by Lesley Mandel Morrow
Both presenters had great information that can be used right away in the classroom to help bring up Math skills and Early Literacy skills, I look forward to implementing and sharing my ideas with you.

Also I was a presenter at the conference and presented Prop Box Magic. Prop Boxes a way of setting the stage for meaningful, purposeful play.
